Travel Agency Policies
All payments are non-refundable.
Please make sure that your roommate is aware of the deposit deadlines.
Monthly deposits are required to ensure your seat on the plane and a room at the hotel.
This is a very popular weekend for Las Vegas. We anticipate selling out very quickly.
All wedding activities/itinerary questions should be directed to the bride’s coordinator.
We have a list of group tours that you can purchase individually. That list will be published in July 2011.
Hotel Policy
Location of your room is at the discretion of Caesar’s Palace.
An incidental deposit is required for each guest. The incidental policy will be as follows:
- Credit card hold of $100 per each day of guest stay
- Cash $200 for the entire guest stay
- Debit Cards will be charged immediately for $100 per each day of guest stay.
Airline Policy
Seat assignments are the sole discretion of the airline.
Check-in for groups must be done in person at the airline desk.
All boarding passes will be issued at the airline desk.
Please ensure you are on time for the flight.
